Frequently Asked Questions

Our preferred method of invoicing is through email, however we offer regularly mailed invoices as well. We encourage our customers to have their invoices electronically delivered as part of our sustainability efforts.

To receive a copy of your invoice please contact Customer Care at 1-800-497-5570 or info@selectcom.ca. A representative will gladly resend a PDF copy to you electronically.

Our office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday EST. Our After hours team is ready to assist you at any time evenings and weekends.
